Tell Your Christmas Story

It was December 2006. Cassiddy is our first child. We (her daddy and mommy) were looking forward to seeing her face when she saw Santa Clause. The year before she was only 3 1/2 months old and could care less who held her. So we thought that her eyes might light up and a big smile when she saw him. Boy were we wrong! This year she really did not care for strangers. But, Santa is not a stranger. Who thought she would be afraid of the man in red that brings good little boy and girls presents on Christmas eve. We sure did not expect this reaction. We tried everything from begging and pleading with her for just one smile. Not a chance. So we settled for the only picture we could get, before she wiggled out of Santa's lap and ran to mommy and daddy. The grand-parents got a good laugh at thier pictures that year.
