Scared of Santa

My kids actually do like Santa Claus. You can see sitting on his lap is a different story. If you notice my husband is holding one kids hand & I am holding the other into the picture frame.

Tell Your Christmas Story

We prepared the kids for this moment for a week. Asking them who brings them presents on Christmas and reading them stories about Santa. They were excited about Christmas. When we actually went to go see the guy it was a whole different story. As soon as they figured out what the line was for they started putting up a fuss. We told the photographers "don't bother trying to make them happy for the picture. Just take the picture and we'll save Santa". They looked at us like we had two heads and asked if we were sure. We had to put them on or around Santa at the same time so that we can get the picture before the oldest took off, You'll notice an arm in the picture holding him into the frame. Santa doesn't even look happy to be there. As soon as they got off of Santa's lap they calmed down and we spent a good amount of time looking at the displays of elves working in the workshops, but anytime they would see Santa they would get nervous. Now when we show the kids the picture we ask them what they are doing they both laugh and say they are crying.
