Tell Your Christmas Story

Her 1st visit to Santa at 6 months, Gracie was already in throes of separation anxiety. It was likely she would not tolerate Santa's handling or that of his elfin helper. Thus, I positioned her just so, advising the elf to snap the picture as soon as I was out of the way. Instead, the she-elf decided to take matters into her own hands and adjust the Gracie girl for the perfect pose. As anticpiated, Grace lost it. Her delightful smile slowly slid off of her face as the elf worked her "magic". We never regained our composure, leaving with this picture and quite a memory for the telling.
