Tell Your Christmas Story
On Christmas eve as we were preparing for the nights activities and the big day of christmas. Our daughter zanna just could not wait for up for santa. On her own she went to her room laid down right by the heater vent to stay warm and fell asleep.
I guess why this is so special to me is it was a reminder to me that kids are not little for long and the magic of christmas becomes even more magical with kids. Sometimes we get caught up in trying to make it so wonderful and spectacular with all the events and making sure the dinner is just right that we forget the simple little pleasures that kids enjoy. they won't remember the dinner but the magic that christmas brings.
Enjoy them while they are little because they are only little for a little while.
