Brief Description:
Cruz's favorite show is Special Agent Oso, and with no "official" costume, Mom got to work in pulling this together. It's complete with Paw Pilot, a panda tummy and Mr. Dos on his wrist!
Materials:
Found yellow pants and shirt at a consignment sale and a black and red vest on eBay. Then used felt and a printed image to make Paw Pilot. Used white craft fur and iron-on bonding material to affix fur to the stomach of the shirt. Next used yellow and blue fleece to make a hat and accessorized with goggles.
Time to Create:
Planning: 1 day; Assembly: 30 minutes
Contest Photo Tips and Guidelines:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your gingerbread house or holiday cookie is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
- For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
- With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
