This costume is Briana dressed like Toy Story Jessie riding Bullseye.

White long sleeved shirt,red sequence, yellow satin
cuffs:yellow foam and yellow satin, painted white fringe
old pair of jeans, batting,cow print material,leather fringe,
black foam and suede like material for boots.
Horse:tan fleece, peach color material,black and white material.
red yarn for the hair attach to store bought hat with added red sequence
