Halloween Hair and Makeup Tips: "Regis and Kelly" Pros Tell All!

MICHELLE: For Kelly as Hannah, I went with the same process as Sharpay. Airbrush foundation, a youthful pink flush to the cheeks and pink gloss lips. I added a bit of brown eyeshadow powder to her eyebrows because Miley does have strong brows. For the men, I darkened their brows by wiping down a mascara wand (very well) and then gently brushing the brows to the desired depth of color.
DIANE: Besides using wigs for all three brothers, I added dark brown eyeshadow powder to all of their sideburns to blend them more seamlessly with the wig to give them a more natural look. For Hannah, the wig was very similar to Sharpay's -- I put Kelly's own hair in a low bun and placed a wig cap over it. (I usually prep the hair first before putting on any wig.)
