Im Kiara Anguiano and Im over weight. Being overweight isn't fun at all. So my family and I created a plan to get in shape. This is what our plan is called shake it to lose it. We do walks on Sunday and run on Monday. Then Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday we do zumba. On Fridays we walk up a hill and then run home. On Saturdays we do boot camp at the gym. On Sunday is weighing day after our walk. We weigh our selfs to see if we lost weight and if we did we get five dollars per pound this is ou
