Tell us your story:
Ohana means family. Family means no one is left behind-or forgotten. Consequently, Lilo inspired me to encourage my family to work together to achieve our fitness goals. Since I started high school, I have become involved with lots of activities including winterguard and swim. Now I train with my family, which makes working out fun! Soon, we will train for a 5k. Our family support system has helped my mom lose 20 pounds this year, which is just the start.Because together we can do anything!
Contest Photo Tips and Guidelines:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your family is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
- For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
- With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
