Yes,we look a bit silly as we are dancing and smiling for this picture,but if you peeked into our living room after dinner,this is exactly what you would see happening-a family dance party!We have made this a part of our daily schedule so that everyone in the family can participate, laugh, and move their bodies-we had no idea that working out could be so much fun!We're having such a blast with it,that we now invite our neighbors over on Friday nights to join us~we all look silly and feel great!
Contest Photo Tips and Guidelines:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your family is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.

- With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
