Most members of our family need to lose weight. However, one member needs to gain some weight to reach a healthy weight. Strange as it may seem, The path for all of us to reach our goal of healthy weight is the same. We are all trying new whole, natural foods in place of processed foods. By substituting fat free Greek yogurt with honey for ice cream, and eating whole sprouted grain bread instead of white flour bread, we are all closer to our goal. Here we are trying new homemade soup!
Contest Photo Tips and Guidelines:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your family is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
- For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
- With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
