Costume Instructions

Costume Materials

long white dress
short blond wig
3 package of dreads (wig store)
4 packages of ice icicles (dollar store)
Small plastic lid (12 oz philadelphia cream cheese container lid)
hot glue gun and glue sticks
1 ½ yard of light blue material
roll of white snow blanket with glitter on it. ( Wal-Mart)
white thread, needle, white elastic
2 yards of fake white fur material
one white fur boa
3 foot pvc pipe 1in diameter.
silver and black acrylic paint
silver duct tape
black electrical tape
small paint brush

Costume Instructions
1. The Wig- I had an old short blond wig and I sewed dreads all around the inside of the wig.
2. The Crown- I hot glued plastic Christmas icicles on a small plastic lid, I then sewed the lid onto the top of the wig. I then just started pulling the dreads through the icicles to give it a look I wanted.
3. The Dress- I found a white dress at a resale shop. I sewed together blue material and Christmas snow blanket material to make a skirt with elastic waistband. She could slip this over her dress.
4. The Shawl- I made from a scrap piece of white fake fur material. I sewed a collar on it, and gathered it toward the back. I then sewed strips of white fur boa to the back to look like fox tails.
5. The Staff- I had a pvc pipe and hot glued the plastic icicles together at each end and painted it silver and black. I added some silver duct tape and black electrical tape. Then painted some design on the black part of the staff.
