Costume Materials
The wings nose and tail are crafted from cardboard. ALl pieces were spray painted black and stickers were created to add the teeth and aircraft numbers. He already had a pilot suit.

Costume Instructions
You need to find some large sheets of strong cardboard. Lay all pieces flat and cut to shape of wings. Cut one long piece and 1 round piece for the nose. The long nose piece is bent into a circle and attached to the front round. The tail is also cut from another piece of board. All pieces are painted black and stickers can be applied. We then found ways to slide the pieces into openings on his chair. Velcro if necessary. We cut the parts without a pattern so we do not have a pattern to share.
