"Rub-a-Dub-Dub Costume"

Costume Instructions

Costume Materials
Plastic laundry basket
Garden wand
Light blue tissue paper
Small white irridescent balloons
Small rope
white curling ribbon
Double sided tape
Robe
Shower cap
Empty soap box
Rubber Duck

Costume Instructions
Cut bottom out of the laundry basket.
Attach lengths of rope to basket to place over shoulders to hold in place.
Attach garden wand on back of basket with plastic ties.
Place pieces of double sided tape along inside of basket. Place crumpled tissue paper along inside of basket attaching it to double sided tape.
Blow up balloons and tie them around the basket with white ribbon.
Attach the rubber duck and soap box to front of basket.
