Costume Materials
10 gal rubbermaid trash can with lid
yellow spray paint for plastic
spay paint for plastic color for lid ours was blue
a hat to mount lid to
shirt to match color of lid
elastic strap
chair foam painted to match lid color

Costume Instructions
start by cutting bottom of trash can out and cut of handles
cut slots for the elastic shoulder straps and install them
cut the foam to fit inside trash can and so its flush with the top rim.then cut out center so body will fit thrugh it
paint the foam the color that the lid is going to be
scuff up then paint the trash can yellow and allow to dry
then paint the lid and allow it to dry
attach the lid to some sort of hat so it can be worn
enlarge a lable from a playdoh can so it the size of 11x8 paper and attach to can on front and back
