Costume Materials
2 yards of White Material
1 Pair thick white tights
1 black or brown long sleeved shirt
White Tape
Green hair spray
2 Brown buttons
Brown marker
Yarn

Costume Instructions
Pants - I took a pair of pants that fit my lil guy and traced around it then I took a bowl and traced half of it on the sides at the thighs. I sewed the together and hemmed. Attached strips for the straps.
Shirt - I took a black shirt and made tape stripes on the neck and the arms.
Legs - I took a thick pair of tights and colored stripes on them with a brown marker.
Shoes - I made yarn pom-poms with yarn. Wraped yard around a 2.5 inch of cardboard a bunch of times until it is about 1.5" thick. Then tie a piece of yarn around the middle and snip off cardboard. Shape up with sissors. Then tie balls to shoes.
Hair - I used styling mouse to make hair stick up then sprayed with green coloring.
