Costume Materials
I used card stock (50 pages),2 rolls of scotch tape, 1 large fiberglass resin, Velcro, one motorcycle replacement visor and 3 different colors of spray paint (2 cans of black car primer, 2 cans of satin green and 1 can of bronze).

Costume Instructions
First I printed out the pattern on card stock it was about 50 pages. Then I cut the patterns out and taped them together. Once taped together I brushed 4 coats of fiberglass resin on the outside and one coat on the inside. Once that dryed I sanded any rough spots out. Then I primered the pieces with black car primer. Once the primer dried I spray painted with satin green paint. I then made it look worn with a bronze paint all over and brush painted the bronze over seams. I then used velcro to hold some of the pieces on him. Once all done I used velcro to attach the visor to the helmet.
