Costume Instructions

Costume Materials
1. Found light blue material at a local Goodwill to make the suit. 2. Found a local tailor to help with making the suit.
3. Bought iron on snowflakes and snowflake buttons to put on the suit. 4. Bought blue and white make up cream to mix for face. 5. Bought a ice make up kit, to make face and hair icey looking. 6. Bought blue hair costume spray. 7. Found a white long sleeve shirt to use under blue jacket along with a white turtle neck. 8. Found some dress shoes

Costume Instructions
1. Dress your child up in costume first. 2. Start with mixing the blue and white face cream, then apply when you reach the right shade of blue. 3. Let face cream dry for about 5-10 minutes then apply ice gel kit to face and ears(if desired). Apply only in small amounts and skip around. 4. Apply ice crystals and powder to the ice gel to achieve the icey face look. 5. Spike hair up using hair gel and hairspray. Then use your blue costume hairspray. You can add ice glitter to hair if desired. 6. Let everything dry and your finished. Take pictures!!!
