10 decks of cards, tap, cardboard, red/white/black face paint, red hair spray, jogging paints.

Costume Instructions
Cut a piece of cardboard long enough to go past childs shoulders. Cut a hole in the middle of the cardboard for the head to go through. Start taping cards to the board and to each other until you get enough cards to go down to the child's legs.
Cut another piece of cardboard to a size slighly larger than the child's head. Tape cards to the board and to each other until you get enough to cover the area from your child's shoulders to the top of the head.
Paint the childs face to resemble a joker and spray the hair red.
Flip the larger box over and place over the head. Then take the smaller box and place it on top of the larger one.
Tape cards to the jogging pants while they are on the child. Go have a great Halloween!
