Nylon raincoat, wool cape, black face paint

Costume Instructions
Apply face paint be careful not to get in eyes, Place helmet on head, put rain coat on, place cape over top of riding helmet, after buttoning first button on cape, pin an opening
for face and button remaining buttons.
