Thermal underware, upholstry foam, glue, fleece, wood dowels, spray paint, "spirit" latex mask

Costume Instructions
Sculpt body using 2 to 4 inch upholstry foam. Using spray adhesive, attach foam to thermal underwear. I then made pants and turtle neck with grey fleece. Glue that to foam body. For wings, I created the shape with fleece. Made wing arms with foam. I used wood dowels on outside edge for support. then added tallons. I then took the whole thing outside and spray painted with black (in circular motion to mock stone look) The face is store bought "spirit" Gargoyle laytex mask. (I also made a cape which covers the whole costume, but was way too warm to wear this year!)
