Costume Materials
Use any black jacket (we made ours), black shirt, black jeans, black sneakers or boots. We made the monsters head with poster board, fake hair, and green marker. We finished it off with the monsters neck bolts (a purchased item) and green face paint (on face and hands) and black face paint on lips and nails.

Costume Instructions
I made the jacket using a pattern in my son's size and some inexpensive material. I made the monsters head starting with a piece of white poster board and just sized it around my son's head in a circle. I stapled it together and cut out around the ears and face and then glued the fake hair on. I painted the forehead green and added a black lightening bolt. I painted his face and hands green and painted his lips and nails black.
