white sweats outfit
black pipe cleaners
black head band
small piece of blue fabric
small piece of black fabric
half yard of white fabric
red marker
stuffing

Costume Instructions
cut two circle patterns out of the white material. cut a little bit smaller of a circle out of the blue fabric, and then cut a little bit smaller circle out of the black fabric.
sew the black circle onto the center of the blue circle and then sew the blue circle onto the center of one of the white circles. sew one circle to the back of the shirt and one of the circles to the front of the shirt (leaving a little opening to stuff both sides) stuff then finish sewing the circles up. take a red marker and make little wavy lines all around the blue circle.
take a black headband and some black pipe cleaner, roll one side of the pipe cleaners (about 14) around the headband. then give them a little bend upwards.
