Costume Instructions

Prep Time: Between 1 and 2 weeks

Costume Materials
Newspaper, a big balloon, homemade glue, black and red paint, plastic tubes, black adhesive tape, elastic belt.

Costume Instructions
Wrap the big balloon with the newspaper using the glue. Let it dry for about three days. Paint it black. Add some pieces of plastic tubes using the black tape. Add the elastic belt, so that it can be hung on the back.
