Mason is a classic frog prince. The costume called for felt fabric. As we live in Arizona and it is still between 80-90 degrees at Halloween, I decided to use a cotton quilting fabric with gold flecks. It made it look more like a frog. Miss Rory is a beauitful Princess. In her royal gown, consisting of a pink and blue striped petty coat and a blue floral dress. A lace up bodice ties the whole out fit together. Both costumes were made by me, their Mom.

Costume Instructions

Prep Time: Both-3 days start to finish

Costume Materials
Frog Costume - Body suite is made of green cotton fabric with gold flecks. Green lining for the tummy and inside lining of the hat. Felt for the eyes with a plastic eye. Gold fabric for the collar accented with gold bells and the crown. The feet are constructed of the same green fabric as the body and are accented with green puff balls.

The Princess Dress - Blue and Pink cotton fabric make up the outer skirt and bodice shoulders. The inner dress is made of a complimentary blue floral print. The bottom of the skirt is lined with white eyelate lace. The bodice is pulled together with a blue satin ribbon.

Costume Instructions
Costumes were both made from store bought patterns. I followed the pattern guide for instruction on how to put the patterns together.
