Velour sweatsuits, feathers, ping pong balls, craftfoam for the beak

Costume Instructions
I used a hot glue gun to attach the feathers, I cut out the beak from craft foam and hot glued it under the hood, the ping pong balls were hot glued onto the hood, then I used some black craft foam to make the pupils.
