My son who is 6 and daughter who is 4 LOVE potato heads, so I made them these costumes this year!

Costume Instructions

Prep Time: 4 hours for both

Costume Materials
The costumes are all made of felt and were very quick to put together. The body is 60 inch wide felt by the yard, and the parts are the felt sqares.

Costume Instructions
I just used one of the kids t shirts to cut the top, and left the bottom long, wide and straight. I sewed in a lining on the inside, then made an elastic casing, and inserted 1 inch wide elastic inside. I just traced the parts by looking at the pics online of potato heads, cut them out of felt and hot glued them on. There is also a pocket lining the inside to keep the stuffing inside from falling out.
