Captain Jack - Full costume mostly hand made: Hat,Bandanna,Hair with beads,shirt, vest,Coat,sash, all 3 belts, compus, pants, boots, gun & sward.
Elizabeth Swan - from the first movie, All hand made including the beading in the front. (the neckless was bought not hand made.)

Costume Instructions

Prep Time: about a month

Costume Materials
Captain Jack Hat-bought, Bandanna-cotton soaked in tea, hair with beads-bought and redid on bandanna,shirt-linin soaked in tea, Vest-linon/cotton blend-buttons from antic store, Coat-don't remember what the materal is made out of but the buttons are made of gun metal,sash-cotton soaked in tea,Belts-one across the chest was bought with the sward, the other two belt buckles I got from hong kong-the belts are made out of fake lether, compus-bought, pants-cotton,boots-swade,gun & sward-bought.
Elizabeth Swans Costume Material i don't remember what the gold with white material is made out of but the white front is silk. The beading was about 10 diferent beads. Lace is lace.

Costume Instructions
Followed patterns and resized size 7 to 4/5. (couldn't find patterns that small) Added my own touches to have match the origals more closely.
