Prep Time: 2 hours.

Costume Materials
2 yards lime green material, Lime green Tank Top
small amount of rick rack, Velcro
white body suit
lots of glitter
glow sticks
Store purchased wings

Costume Instructions
cut large petal shapes that make the bottom skirt. Attach them with small gathering to a waste band. Velcro to wrap around waist.
Make smaller leaf shapes and go around the collar of the tank
