Costume Materials
Cheap dress-up crown or tiara, wooden candlestick, "tarnish" gren spray paint, couple yards of green fabric (or an old green bed sheet), safety pins, orange and red tissue paper, school glue, and old green-covered book.

Costume Instructions
This costume is basically a toga with some quick additions. Start by preparing the tiara and the candlestick: spray paint them an appropriate tarnish green color. Holding the candlestick upside down, apply a few dabs of shool glue and some squares of red and orange tissue paper. Flare up the corners of the paper with your hand to make the appearance of flames. You can trim the top of the flame with scissors if so desired. Wrap the cloth around the body and use safety pins to hold in place. Put on the tiara and grap hold of the upside-down candlestick and book and you're off to the Halloween party!
