I made Marina (my 5 week old) a carnival classic, THE SNO-CONE!

Costume Instructions

Prep Time: 2 or 3 hours

Costume Materials
White felt (2 yards)
Hook and eye closure
Foam snow flakes
Sequin Letters (or you can use fabric paint)
Rainbow Child's wig

Costume Instructions
I used white felt and sewed her a bunting. I folded it on a diagonal, and sewed up to the middle. Just enough to slip baby into it. Make sure there is enough room for the arms. I used a hook and eye on the back just under the back of the neck to close it. I sewed sequin letters "sno-cone" across the middle front. Then, I used foam snow flakes for the sno-cone decor. I added a child's clown wig for the rainbow snow. Voilà!!! What a precious little treat!!
