Costume Materials
Brightly colored polka dotted fabric, contrasting taffeta and lots of rick rack for collar. Yarn for "buttons"

Costume Instructions
Cut out suit by having wearer lay down on fabric double layered.
Trace big baggy suit from neck to ankles. Stitch up edges except leg, neck and arm openings. Use yarn to make pom pom type buttons
Make strip from collar fabric 2-3 times larger than neck measurement. Edge top and bottom with rick rack. Put basting stitches in center of collar piece.
Gather by pulling basting stitched to form ruffles. Attach string ties to ends of collar to tie on wearer. Add mask or old hat, gloves and big shoes.
