Costume Materials
Red Fabric, White Fabric, Gold Glitter Paint, White Ribbon, Gold Ribbon, Red Buttons (heart shaped), cardboard.

Black Leotard, Long White Gloves, Tiara

Costume Instructions
Start with a short sleeve black leotard Cut out a large heart shaped piece of cardboard and cover with red satin. Use gold glitter paint and decorate the heart with swirly designs. Attach the heart to the front of the leotard. Using white ribbon make 2 bows and attach one to each sleeve and put red heart buttons in the center of the bows.

Make a full long skirt out of red fabric with a panel in the front made of white fabric (satin or velveteen works well). Out of red satin cut out three hearts (progressively larger in size) and attach to the white panel on the front of the skirt. Sew or glue some gold ribbon in two rows (on the outside of the hearts) down the front of the skirt. Use gold glitter paint again to add swirly designs between the hearts.

Wear a tiara and long white gloves
