Costume Materials
Head: child-size toy fire helmet, foam to form head and beak, furry fabric, yellow fabric for beak, flower arrangment foam to poke feathers into, velcro to close
Jumper: fabric, zipper, elastic
Embellishments: sparkly elastic belt, closure, wrist bands, velcro
Feet: foam, yellow fabric, velcro, elastic strap
Tail: Assortment of real peacock feathers, glue, foam, cardboard, elastic straps, fabric to cover

Costume Instructions
Peacock head is based off a child-size helmet using foam padding to create shape and beak. Head piece is lined with fabric on inside and closed with velcro. Basic body suit with front zipper embellished with sparkly belt and wrist bands. Sewen feet close with velcro and have an elastic strap to keep in place around foot. Tail feathers stuck in foam sandwiched between cardboard. Tacky glue around feather base for support. Tail feathers worn back-pack style with arm straps.
