Costume Instructions
Died Leggings with Tie-Dye Red and Yellow. Died bandana yellow. Ironed on Transfers Hulkamania to Red T-shirt, Ironed on Transfers Hogan Still Rules to Bandana. Painted Boots and Belt Yellow, also painted flames to Boots in Red with Hogan in the Back. The belt also had Hollywood painted in Red in the Back. Moustache was placed on with Spirit Gum.
