Costume Instructions
I draped the fleece over my daughter's shoulders and had her hold her arms out straight in front of her. I then folded the fabric under and pinned it so it made the shape of the cape. I baste stitched the seams. I used heavy duty sticky backed Velcro as closures in the front/middle.
For the pendant I put a small hole in the top of the figurine. I cut a small piece of coiling wire, made a loop at one end, and inserted the straight end into the figurine. I attached the end of the cell phone charm holder to the loop, and then put the charm holder onto the choker rope necklace.
I found the turtleck top, black skirt, and wig at a resale shop. The shoes I found on sale in the kids shoe section of another store. The red lipstick is mine!
