Costume Instructions

Prep Time: 3 hours

Costume Materials
1 yd. of material, 1 1/2 yds of 2" black fringe, 1 pkg. of black double seam tape, 3/4" elastic, 1 large hook & eye.

Costume Instructions
Measure length of skirt according to the size of the child and the waist measurement plus enough material to wrap over in front of the child. Make casing for the elastic to go in the back of the skirt and fold over the same amount for the front. Sew fringe around bottom and up the front of the skirt. Sew large hook and eye under edge of the front flap to fasten together. VERY EASY
