Costume Materials
Black felt
Yellow shirt
Double-sided tape
Eyeliner pencil for curl

Costume Instructions
Cut a zigzag out of the felt the length on the shirt. Cut 2 peices for front and back of shirt. Tack to shirt with double-sided tape across the belly.
