Costume Materials
Red Fleece (remnant), gold braid, 1 yard of black furry boa, white lace, remant of material to make ascot, aluminum foil for hook, purchased parrot to sit on shoulder

Costume Instructions
I used a little jacket to lay down as a pattern to design the robe - then sewed the gold braid around the edges with white lace on the cuffs. The ascot also was made to fit the baby with 3 rows of white lace sewn on it. The hat was off of a stuffed toy - I just cut and attached the furry boa to it -- put a round velcro sticky on the binky and cut a piece of boa to attach to that. The hook was just made of aluminum foil and wrapped around his wrist (which he didn't like very much!)
