4. Cut a half circle out of the poster board big enough that when placed behind the child when sitting, you are able to see the sides and the top of the circle
5. Cover the entire half circle poster board with brown fabric hot gluing the fabric to the board or using the fabric glue spray will work fine
6. Cut several oblong (half oval) feathers from the various autumn colored fabric
7. Glue the various feathers from step 6 on the front and back of the covered poster board overlapping the feathers
8. Cut additional feathers (larger feathers needed for stuffing) from the multi-colored fabric
9. With the dull side of the fabric facing outward, sew two feathers together leaving a hole large enough to stuff
10. Turn the sewn feather inside out, stuff the feather with the stuffing material, and sew the stuffing hole
11. Create several stuffed feathers will vary based upon the size of the child. You will need enough to create a belly for the front of the sack
12. Sew the stuffed feathers to the front of the sack to create a belly for your little turkey
13. Attach Velcro to the back of the sack and to one side of the covered poster board This will allow you to attach the turkeys tail
14. Cover the bill of the baseball cap with yellow fabric
15. Cover the rest of the baseball cap with brown fabric
16. Cut two eyes out of white material
17. Draw a black circle in each eye or sew a black fabric circle into each eye
18. Glue or sew the eyes to the hat on the brown material -- near the bill where the brown and the yellow material meet
19. Dress the child in the yellow pajamas
20. Put the brown sack on the child over the pajamas
21. Attach the tail or if the child will be in a stroller, simple place the tail in the stroller before placing the child in. Make sure you can see the tail poking out of each side and at the top.
22. Put the hat on the child and enjoy your little turkey!
