Don't wait for the festivals and fairs to treat the kids to snow cones. Make them yourself! They're great for groups, so serve them up at your summer parties!
Easy and Fun
Buy small paper cups to place your snow cones in. Look for markdowns on party goods to keep around this summer for snow cones and other treats. You can crush the ice in your blender. Mine has a setting for this, or you can crush by hand in a clean tea towel with a rolling pin. Here are two easy syrup recipes!
Snow Cone Syrup
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid, any flavor
Directions:
Place the sugar and water in a medium pan and bring to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in the Kool-Aid. Cool to room temperature, then place in the refrigerator until chilled. Pour over crushed iced.
Snow Cone Syrup Two
Ingredients:
4 ounces of sweetened flavored drink mix powder
3/4 cup hot water
Directions:
Mix the water and the drink mix. Cool and drizzle over crushed
ice.
By the way, there are all kinds of tidbits out there on the first "snow cones." It appears Chinese Emperors may have flavored snow with fruit and honey. Also Native Americans may have sweetened snow with maple syrup.
Though the rich and famous create sophisticated fruited ices such as sorbet, I have a feeling our kids wouldn't be interested. Hand them a snow cone and they are happy!

My 5 yr outdated loved the Magic Empire. They have so many rides for kids their age. He got to journey the Goofy Barnstormer.... I think that's the name of the rollercoaster. That was his 1st time on one and he went on 3 times. He also loved Dumbo ride. The speedway track. I mean he loved all of it. And in the Animal Kingdom he loved the Dinosaur the main park. It's like a carnival and so they have tons of games and they likewise have a ride like the Dumbo but rather of Elephants they had dinosaurs. Im sure your 5 year old will have a blast.Vous aurez besoin du code officiel details fournie par votre ancien telephone mobile telephone. http://www.releve-identite-operateur.fr
