2 to 3 cups chopped apple
1 cup cheddar cheese chunks
1 cup red or green grapes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- In a large bowl, toss the apple, cheese, grapes, celery, walnuts and raisins. Stir well to coat with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
