Recipe Directions
- Place potato in a small saucepan and cover with water. Add garlic. Bring to a boil; cook until the potato is tender. Drain; add butter and buttermilk, and mash with a potato masher to the desired consistency. Stir in herbs. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

if i were you i'd try to get some commercial parts in areas near you. also. have you ever seen some of those disney things that are like " im a kid this is exactly what i like to do" they talk about the actual sports they play and what they prefer to do. research how they choose those kids of course, if you could make a movie on their behalf. I make these potatoes all the time, but I also add a small onion when I am boiling the potatoes and garlic. The onion and garlic will whip right up along with the potatoes and the kids won't even know you've added them to it. The onion and garlic are extremely beneficial for health and will add wonderful flavor to this common side dish.
