Ingredients

4 medium oranges
2 cups sugar
6 cups fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon peel
- Remove a thin slice from both ends of both oranges for easier chopping. Finely chop unpeeled oranges and remove any seeds. You should have about 2 cups of chopped oranges.
- Combine chopped oranges, sugar, cranberries and lemon peel in Crock-Pot® slow cooker. Cover; cook on Low for 4 hours or on High for 2 hours.
- Cook, uncovered, on Low for 2 hours or on High for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until very thick, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cool at least 2 hours.
