Ingredients
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pounds beef chuck, cubed
- Olive oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 6 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 cups red or white wine
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions
- Mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge beef in flour.
- In a skillet placed on stovetop set to medium-high heat, heat oil and sear beef on all sides.
- Add meat and remaining ingredients to Crock-Pot® slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours or on High for 2-3 hours.
