Pork roast/chops/sirloin (cook's choice)
1 can Golden Mushroom condensed soup
½ cup water
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 granny smith apples, cored and sliced
Zippy bag with ¼ cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- Place pork in stoneware.
- In a bowl, combine soup, water, brown sugar and soy sauce – mix well. Pour mixture over pork, cover.
- Cook for 8 hours on Low.
- Approximately 1 hour before you wish to serve, core and slice apples, place in zippy bag with cinnamon sugar, and shake. Pour contents of bag on top of pork and allow to cook for one hour.
