I serve sandwiches to my family once a week and I used Susie's Sloppy Joe recipe a couple of weeks ago. It was really good.
I also have an invalid in my home and I ran the meat through the food processor for her and she loved it. I give it five stars. Not only waa it tasty but it was so simple. I will definitely use the recipe again.
