2 cups molasses
2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups ketchup
2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, chopped
8 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce or to taste
- Add all ingredients to Crock-Pot® slow cooker and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
- Cook for 3 hours on High or 6 hours on Low. Freeze half if desired.
Serves: Makes enough to sauce 6-8 pounds of meat
