Great recipe idea! I'll have to try this next time I'm grilling poultry. Another excellent poultry recipe I'm a big fan of is Indonesian Duck Breast (http://weber.com/recipes/Recipe.aspx?rid=62).

I've used honey-based glazes on chicken many times. The vinegar gives it a great tanginess that cuts through the sweetness.
