This is the recipe I previously used, I have since come up with my own quicker, easier recipe. Using frozen bread dough means you can't prepare this recipe on the spur of the moment. I now use Pillsbury French Bread from the dairy case. Just carefully unroll it..lay down your pepperoni (I like to use the larger sandwich size from the deli)..layer on you mozzerella cheese, roll it up. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning blend. From start to finish no more than 40-45 minutes. This is a family favorite...my daughters boyfriend asks for this in his care packages for college! Enjoy!
